After your application and a short call you receive an individual training and nutrition plan. Through weekly reviews we track progress and adapt everything to your body, schedule and pace.
Yes. The plan is built around your equipment and space, whether that is a gym, a home set or minimal gear. Consistency matters, not the location.
First changes in energy and strength usually within 2–3 weeks, visible physical changes within 6–12 weeks with consistency. No miracles, steady and sustainable.
I do not push starvation or banned-food lists. We work with a framework you can sustain, your food and habits, just structured toward the goal.
It is. Every plan starts from your level, with clear guidance on technique and pace. I take you step by step, without assuming you already know everything.
I recommend at least 12 weeks, because that is what real habit change and a visible result take. After that we continue or I make you independent enough to keep it yourself.
